Rates

East Bay Therapy offers the following competitive rates:

Therapy

• $95 per hour sessions (50 minutes of direct therapy time)
• $71.25 per 45-minute sessions (40 minutes of direct therapy time)
• $47.50 per half-hour sessions (25 minutes of direct therapy)

• Comprehensive language evaluation $600
• Speech (articulation) evaluation $300
• Dysfluency evaluation $300
• Voice evaluation $300
• AAC evaluation - TBD

All evaluations include up to 90 minutes of testing time, written report, recommendations and consultation with the client and/or parent/caregiver.

In the event that an evaluation requires additional testing time beyond 90 minutes, the additional testing time is billed in quarter-hour increments at $125 per hour.

• Social pragmatic language groups include 6 sessions for $570
• A deposit of $100 is due upon receipt of the confirmation letter. Refunds are given for cancellations up to one week before the start of the group. Refunds for cancellations less than one week before the start of the group will only be given if the client's spot can be filled with another client.

East Bay Therapy does not accept credit cards or third-party payments. For clients wishing to be reimbursed by their insurance company, procedure codes can be included on invoices.
